Connect Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement to ListFunnel.

Tenant-aware — your account's subdomain is found automatically.

How connecting works

  1. 01Click "Connect Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement" from ListFunnel's Connections page.
  2. 02Sign in and authorize on Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement's own consent screen — ListFunnel never sees your Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement password.
  3. 03Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement redirects back with an access token, which ListFunnel encrypts (AES-GCM) before it ever touches the database.
  4. 04Your Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement connection shows as connected — subscriber sync activates from there.

What syncs

  • Subscriber lists
  • Subscriber status

Why this connection is scoped the way it is

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement is tenant-specific — every URL is scoped to your account's own subdomain, discovered automatically when you connect. ListFunnel requests the list_and_subscribers_read scope, matching exactly what it needs to pull subscriber lists.

Questions people ask

Does ListFunnel work with any Marketing Cloud instance?

Yes — the connection discovers your tenant's specific API subdomain during authorization, so it works whether your account lives on a shared or dedicated instance.

Why does setup need a Salesforce admin?

Marketing Cloud requires an Installed Package configured in Setup → Apps before OAuth can run; that one-time setup needs Marketing Cloud admin access.
