Connect Keap (Infusionsoft) to ListFunnel.

Keap's single 'full' grant, used strictly read-only.

How connecting works

  1. 01Click "Connect Keap (Infusionsoft)" from ListFunnel's Connections page.
  2. 02Sign in and authorize on Keap (Infusionsoft)'s own consent screen — ListFunnel never sees your Keap (Infusionsoft) password.
  3. 03Keap (Infusionsoft) redirects back with an access token, which ListFunnel encrypts (AES-GCM) before it ever touches the database.
  4. 04Your Keap (Infusionsoft) connection shows as connected — subscriber sync activates from there.

What syncs

  • Contacts
  • Contact tags

Why this connection is scoped the way it is

Keap (formerly Infusionsoft) doesn't offer granular scopes — its OAuth apps request a single 'full' permission grant. ListFunnel only ever reads contact records with that access; nothing is written back to your Keap account.

Questions people ask

Why does Keap's OAuth only have one scope option?

Keap's API doesn't support scope-limited OAuth apps the way newer platforms do — 'full' is the only grant available, though ListFunnel's use of it is strictly read-only.

How long before I need to reconnect Keap?

Access tokens last about 24 hours and refresh automatically in the background.
