Plain-language privacy policy.

What we collect

Account information: the email you sign up or join the waitlist with.

List data you upload: email addresses and any columns that come with them. This data is yours; we process it solely to provide the product to you.

Resolved profile data: when you run identity resolution, publicly available professional information (name, title, company, industry, location) is attached to addresses in your workspace.

Usage events: product analytics about how the app itself is used (pages, actions), to improve it.

What we do with it

Provide the product: resolution, validation, segmentation, and analytics on your workspace.

Nothing else. We do not sell personal data, share your lists with other customers, use your lists to train models, or send email to addresses on your lists.

Third-party processors

Hosting and database: Cloudflare. Identity resolution and email validation lookups may be routed through the enrichment providers you connect (e.g. Enrich Layer, LeadMagic). Product analytics may be processed by PostHog if connected.

Each processor receives only what it needs to perform its function.

Data subject rights

If you're on someone's list that was processed through ListFunnel and want your data removed, email privacy@listfunnel.ai and we'll delete resolved data associated with your address across the relevant workspace, and instruct the workspace owner accordingly.

Workspace owners can delete lists, people, or entire workspaces at any time; deletion is immediate and permanent.

Retention & changes

Workspace data is retained while your account is active and deleted when you delete it. Waitlist emails are kept until you're onboarded or ask to be removed.

If this policy changes materially we'll note it in the changelog and, for account holders, by email.
