The deal

ListFunnel provides list intelligence: identity resolution, analytics, segmentation, validation, and lookalike discovery on email lists you lawfully control. You get a workspace; you're responsible for what you put in it.

Your responsibilities

Only upload lists you have the right to process — your subscribers, your customers, your leads. Don't upload purchased lists of strangers or data you scraped in violation of a platform's terms.

Comply with the email and privacy laws that apply to you (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, PECR, and friends). ListFunnel gives you drafts and data; what you send, from your own tools, is on you.

Keep your account access to yourself.

Our responsibilities

Keep the service running, keep your workspace isolated, and never send email to your list or your prospects.

Give you your data back at any time: everything is exportable as CSV.

Tell you about material changes before they affect you.

Fair use & limits

Plans have contact and resolution-credit limits; we'll warn you before anything is blocked and never bill silent overages.

Don't resell raw resolved data as a data product, probe the service for vulnerabilities outside responsible disclosure, or use it to build a competing enrichment database.

Liability & termination

The service is provided as-is during early access; our liability is capped at what you've paid us in the last 12 months.

You can leave any time — export, delete, done. We can suspend accounts that break these terms, with notice unless the breach is severe.
