Use it on lists you have the right to process

Your subscribers, your customers, your leads, your community members — lists where the people gave their address to you (or to the client you're acting for under contract).

Not allowed: purchased lists of strangers, harvested or scraped address dumps, lists obtained in breach of another platform's terms, or lists you found lying around.

Resolution is for understanding, not surveillance

Identity resolution exists so you can understand and serve an audience that opted into hearing from you.

Not allowed: using ListFunnel to investigate individuals, build dossiers unrelated to marketing, locate people, or process lists of vulnerable individuals.

Outreach stays honest and human-scale

Lookalike invites are drafts by design. Send them from your own tools, truthfully identified, with a working opt-out, at a volume a human actually reviewed.

Not allowed: wiring ListFunnel output into mass cold-spam pipelines, deceptive sender identities, or ignoring unsubscribes.

Don't attack the service

No probing for vulnerabilities outside responsible disclosure (security@listfunnel.ai), no scraping other workspaces, no reselling raw resolved data as a data product.

Enforcement

Violations get a warning where good faith is plausible and suspension where it isn't. Illegal use gets immediate termination.
