Questions people actually ask
What counts as a resolution credit?
One credit = one address resolved into a person (name, title, company, industry). Validation checks are free and unlimited on every plan. Unresolvable addresses don't consume credits.
Where does the engagement and revenue data come from?
Connect your event stream (PostHog works out of the box) or import events. ListFunnel joins events to people by email, so reads, buys, and spend land on real identities.
Do you send email to my list?
No. ListFunnel never sends to your list. Lookalike invites are drafts that only exist until you approve them, and even then you send them from your own tools.
Is my list shared or resold?
Never. Your list is your asset. We resolve it for you, we don't pool it, cross-match it against other customers, or sell it. Deleting a workspace deletes the data.
Can I use it for client lists?
Yes — Studio gives each client a separate workspace. Agencies run audience audits, list hygiene retainers, and content-direction reports on it.
What happens when I hit my contact limit?
Nothing breaks. New addresses queue, you get a heads-up, and you can upgrade or prune. We don't silently bill overages.
