Connect Klaviyo to ListFunnel.
PKCE-secured, scoped to lists and profiles only.
How connecting works
- 01Click "Connect Klaviyo" from ListFunnel's Connections page.
- 02Sign in and authorize on Klaviyo's own consent screen — ListFunnel never sees your Klaviyo password.
- 03Klaviyo redirects back with an access token, which ListFunnel encrypts (AES-GCM) before it ever touches the database.
- 04Your Klaviyo connection shows as connected — subscriber sync activates from there.

Why this connection is scoped the way it is
Klaviyo's OAuth requires PKCE, which ListFunnel handles automatically — you'll never see a client secret. Requested scopes are lists:read and profiles:read only, and all API traffic is routed to Klaviyo's a.klaviyo.com endpoint with the revision header it expects.
Questions people ask
Will my Klaviyo connection ever expire on its own?
Access tokens refresh automatically about once an hour. The one thing to know: if the connection goes unused for 90 straight days, Klaviyo revokes the refresh token and you'll need to reconnect.
Who in my company can authorize the Klaviyo connection?
Only Klaviyo account owners, admins, or managers can approve the OAuth app — ask one of them to click Connect if you get a permissions error.
