Role account
info@, sales@, team@ — addresses owned by a function, not a person.
Role accounts route to teams or ticket queues rather than an individual. They open erratically, convert almost never, and are disproportionately likely to file spam complaints since no one person opted in.
Most senders keep them for transactional mail but exclude them from marketing sends and paid audience uploads.
